I develop bots and integrations that connect routine steps across the tools your team uses. The goal is a defined workflow: receive a request, gather information, perform the necessary actions and return a useful result or notification.
A Telegram bot can provide the interaction, while the processing happens in connected services. Other workflows may run on a schedule or start when an event occurs in an existing system.

What I can build

For longer tasks, the interaction and the processing can run independently. That allows a request to continue in the background and return a result when it is ready. Human review can be included before an action that needs approval.
How the work is scoped
We map the trigger, required inputs, connected systems and expected output. Access permissions and the APIs available in each system determine what can be automated reliably.
I work through both the normal path and cases such as missing data, repeated events or an unavailable service. The handling of failures, retries and manual intervention is agreed as part of the workflow.

A working bot or integration for the agreed process, configuration instructions and visibility into execution and failures. Scheduling, deployment and ongoing adjustments can be included in the engagement.
